Because we are continually looking to strengthen & expand our engineering team, the following positions are open:


Design Engineer FEA
Input and Analysis is looking to develop and expand its finite element analysis capabilities to support a number of projects in:
  • Structural Engineering and Design.
  • Structural Mechanics and Stress Analysis.
  • Fatigue Analysis.
  • Structural Integrity Assurance.
  • Product Design.
The successful applicant should have a strong background in structural/finite element analysis, and in particular experience gained with problems involving dynamics, lineal and non-linear response. Typical responsibilities: Evaluate technical issues, prepare a full range of specifications, develop designs in line with specifications and all quality and technical standards and carry out design appraisals in assigned areas. At Input and Analysis we use ABAQUS-Explicit, Advance Pro/mechanical,Visual Nastran and DYNA general finite element codes; consequently we value expertise in utilisation of these codes and Pro/engineer and CREO as 3D design software.


Design Engineer CFD
Input and Analysis is looking to develop and expand its Computational Fluid Dynamics analysis capabilities to support a number of projects in:
  • Thermal analysis.
  • Fluid Flow Analysis.
  • Product Design.
At Input and Analysis we use AUTODESK CFD Simulation, CFDesign and FLUENT as general computer fluid dynamics code, experience with Fluent or CFX are important too; consequently we value expertise in utilisation of these codes and Pro/engineer and CREO as 3D design software.


Consultant Engineer FEA
We are looking for engineers with experience in Stress Analysis, Structural Integrity, Materials Science, Damage and tolerance, Fatigue and Fracture Mechanics.

The ideal candidate will have a good degree of PhD in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or a similar related subject. We are looking for candidates with a fundamental appreciation of structures who understand how to use these tools and techniques to their limits. Salary negotiable.

Design Draughtsman
Required to work on varied design projects using Pro Engineer and CREO / AutoCAD, you do not need to be an existing ProE user but some cad experience would be beneficial.

This is a role where you can take on detail design work on existing products or completely new product design.
